DAO Managed Treasury

We're here for the future of the Metaverse, hence our choice to create the MetaMotors DAO-managed treasury. This treasury will ensure that our brand continues to provide new incentives to our holders throughout the future, all the while allowing each holder to have a vote in how we go forward.

Each MetaMotors NFT held will count as a singular vote towards future decisions.

What will be used to fund the Treasury?

• 25% of MetaMotors secondary royalties

• % of Future projects / collections sales

• Each holder will consider and vote on new monetization methods.

Each vote will be cast on issues such as, but not limited to the following

• Collection themes / concepts

- Vote on where we focus our models in future collections such as, whether a new collection will be inspired by Vintage or Hyper Cars

• Metaverse Integrations

- Vote on which projects we should integrate with when entering the metaverse, in addition to where our focus will be in the metaverse. Whether that could be portraying your MetaMotors in virtual garages, or racing with them on a virtual race track.

• Marketing spending

- Vote on how a part of the community treasury wallet will be spent on the selected marketing purpose.

• Donating to Charity

- We want to give to charity as frequently as possible, thus we want our holders to vote on which charity a portion of the treasury goes to. (More information about this in the Discord)

• Community artists

- Vote on which artists should be brought on to help better the project for the future. Their innovations will be rewarded with royalties.
